PROMOTING SELF ADVOCACY

Expect to be guided more than instructed. I will introduce several options, clearly, and in a timely manner, and encourage you to follow what suits you for today. I've been taught that yoga is about self exploration, and I offer guidance to do just that. I will SUGGEST a variety of movements, OR opportunities for stillness to examine in your own experience with a sense of curiosity, not judgement. All of my classes are taught from a Trauma Informed perspective, which simply allows and encourages self advocacy. Finding your road is the best road. As always, please treat yourself to 1 FREE CLASS if you've never been, and if you can make a suggested donation of $10 it is greatly appreciated.
