Mission: To offer a gentle and supportive approach to the practice of  Yoga.

As a certified Trauma Informed Yoga instructor, I can offer many suggestions of movement, stillness, and breathing techniques throughout the time we spend together practicing. Still, I believe it is you, listening and acquiring direct information from your own experience that will grant the most true and healing experience. I guide participants towards the ability to make choices for themselves and in doing so, build confidence along the road to recovery.

As a certified Trauma Informed Yoga instructor, I can offer many
